Six Continents, the leisure group, is considering a sale or demerger of its retail pubs and restaurants, leaving it to focus on its hotel operations. Six Continents owns more than 2,000 pubs and restaurants, including All Bar One, O'Neills and Harvester, which are valued by analysts at £3bn.
