Stagecoach, the rail and bus operator that runs Britain's largest train franchise, is to sell its New Zealand transport operations as part of its restructuring. The Perth-based company, which is headed by co-founder Brian Souter, will dispose of the bus and ferries business it runs in New Zealand. The sale could fetch as much as £100m.
