Standard Life is looking to sell media firm Bloomberg LP's London headquarters, a key asset for one of their main funds. A spokesman for Standard Life said "We can confirm that as part of the long-term strategic plans for the Heritage With-Profits Fund we are in the process of bringing 50 Finsbury Square to the market." The City-based office building covers 126,289 square feet (11,720 sq metres), and will have a price tag of around £125m.
