Strategic Team Group, the private construction, property and maintenance company based in the UK, is considering its options and exit strategy according to founder Charles Tweed. Tweed, who co-founded the business with Andrew Watson and Gary Taylor, has mentioned a trade sale as a possible outcome of the discussions. Strategic Team Group is also pursuing its plans to expand into the Midlands from its current base of Scotland and Yorkshire, and aims to increase its existing turnover of £17.1m to £35m - £40m. The company is valued at £18m.
