India's Strides Arcolab and South Africa 's Aspen have announced that as part of a broad and strategic partnership that has been entered through a series of transactions, Strides will acquire a 51% interest in Co-pharma Ltd, Aspen’s UK subsidiary. Strides will purchase a portion of Aspen’s shareholding in Co-pharma for £2.25m, and subscribe for £375k of new shares.
