Careforce has acquired Sycamore Rise, the provider of domiciliary care services with 150 staff at sites in Burnley, Clitheroe and St Anne's, for up to £1.5m. Careforce will pay £1.4m in cash, with the an initial payment of £785k followed by deferred payments of up to £715k subject to Sycamore reaching the designated EBITA targets over the next year. The first £100k of deferred consideration will be payable in shares. Careforce is a domiciliary provider based in Cambridge.
