Taittinger, the listed French luxury and hotels group, is understood to have attracted the interest of seven potential buyers. The list of bidders include Terra Firma, Starwood Capital Group, Cinven, and Carlyle. Wendel Investissement is also taking part in the auction but is apparently currently searching for a partner.
