Takeover talk for MacLellan

There is talk of a potential takeover of MacLellan, the London-listed support-services group. Reports of a circling predator have been doing the rounds. MacLellan is currently worth £99m. Spice Holdings had been interested in buying the company last year but talks broke down over price.
