TelecityRedbus set for sale or flotation

Internet hosting company TelecityRedbus is set for a potential sale or stockmarket flotation, as demand from investors for ‘dotcom’ stocks continues to rise.
Deutsche Bank have been hired by the owners, including private equity group 3i and American venture capitalist Oak Hill Ventures, to advise on strategic options that could lead to the company fetching a potential £500m.
TelecityRedbus Group is a leading independent provider of colocation, managed data centre, hosting and connectivity services in Europe. It offers highly flexible, scalable data centres, IT infrastructure and managed hosting solutions. Its clients include Ernst and Young, Virgin Radio and Transport for London.
Headquartered in London, TelecityRedbus operates 19 data centre facilities across seven countries throughout Europe. The sites are located in prime positions including Amsterdam, Dublin, Frankfurt, London, Manchester, Milan, Paris, and Stockholm.
