Terra Firma has appointed Citigroup and Gleacher Shacklock to advise on the sale of Sutton and East Surrey Water. The move comes after the Takeover Panel obliged the UK-based private equity group to complete its proposed purchase of East Surrey Holdings, the UK-based utility group.
