The Bombay Bicycle Club group of companies has been sold, The Board of Clapham House, owner and developer of leading restaurant brands, announced. The sale includes three restaurants and 15 delivery kitchens. Gourmet Restaurants Limited has agreed to buy the entire issued share capital of BBC for £4.4m.
