The Mill, the UK-based post-production media group, has appointed LongAcre Partners to look into selling the business. The investment bank will consider both a float and a secondary buyout. The Mill is believed likely to be sold for a similar amount to that achieved by the sale of the Moving Picture Company last year, which netted owner ITV £50m.
