The Sanctuary is up for sale

The Sanctuary is to be sold according to reports, by UK-based buyout group HgCapital. An asking price of more than £80m has been set for the UK-based spa and cosmetics business. HgCapital acquired The Sanctuary's spa business for £23m, and has since added the cosmetics business.
