Thomas Read Holdings, the Irish leisure company which owns the Morrison Hotel in Dublin (designed by John Rocha) as well as a string of bars, has put itself up for sale for 40m euros (£25m). Davy Corporate Finance has been appointed to find a buyer or strategic investor.
