Torex Retail, the UK-listed software group, is likely to attract more than 10 offers by a 30 April first round deadline, according to reports. Torex is said to be confident of selling the business as a whole. Buyout groups and rival software companies from the UK, US and Europe are thought the most likely to be interested, including private equity company Gores Group who made an indicative offer last year.
