Bella Italia and Cafe Rouge, two of the high street's best-known restaurant chains, could be put up for sale for more than £120m following the appointment of Hawkpoint, the boutique adviser, to study options for the group. The chains have a total of 156 sites across the country and are part of Tragus, one of Britain's largest independent restaurant groups.
