Burford Holdings, the UK property group, is looking for a buyer for the Trocadero centre near Leicester Square in London. The vendor is hoping to secure a price in the £210m range, despite it being valued at £250min 2001. Trocadero is on 500,000 square feet and has shops, restaurants, movie screens and virtual rides. Burford itself is now owned by Lehman Bros. Franc Warwick is handling the sale.
