Europe's biggest holiday company TUI is considering selling or restructuring its aircraft maintenance division. The group is also considering an option to retain the business, and plans to reach a decision by the close of the year. TUI has a fleet of about 100 planes and employs 1100 people to maintain the aircraft, which operate out of Germany, France and the UK.
