Ubiquity Software could be up for sale

Ubiquity Software, the SIP communications software company based in the UK, could be up for sale according to reports. The company is thought to be involved in discussions with a third party over a possible takeover offer. Ubiquity has also recently released a fiscal year warning which it attributes to delays in contract signings. Ubiquity's revenue for the first six months of the year was £6.08m, with losses of £3.71m.
