UK-listed food company, Premier Foods, is planning to sell its Avana Bakeries and RF Brookes food supplies businesses. Premier has hired the investment bank NM Rothschild to assist with the sale. Premier took Avana Bakeries and RF Brookes over as part of its acquisition last year of RHM. Premier Foods' market capitalisation currently stands at £1.09bn.
