Ultraframe, the Clitheroe-based conservatory roofing company, is to be acquired by Latium Holdings for £29m. Shareholders have received a comprehensive offer document recommending acceptance of a cash offer of 30p per share for the company by Latium Holdings, which values Ultraframe at £29.2m. Latium is the owner of double glazing giants Everest and Weatherseal.
