Unilever Bestfoods, a subsidiary of Unilever, is seeking offers for its seed oils and cooking fats business operating under the Crisp’nDry, Flora, Mazola, Olivio and Cokeen brands in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. The company’s White Flora cooking fats business is not included in the sale. Unilever Bestfoods said the combined sales of the brands on offer were £31m (US$55.4m) in 2003.
