Uswitch.com to be sold

Uswitch.com, the UK-based consumer website, has hired LongAcre Partners as adviser to a proposed sale. It is believed the company could fetch up to £100m (EUR 145m). Uswitch.com was founded in 2000 by private investors. George Mountbatten (Lord Milford Haven), has a substantial stake in the business.
