Vincent Tchenguiz to sell Hilton hotels
17/03/2006
Vincent Tchenguiz, the UK-based private investor, is poised to put ten Hilton hotels up for sale within weeks. It is believed the hotels include the Hilton London Hyde Park and other UK hotels. There is said to be a £500m valuation on the hotels, which are to be sold on a sale-and-leaseback arrangement. Tchenguiz owns the hotels via his Consensus investment vehicle. Dror Pasha, the leisure sector businessman, also has a stake in the hotels, which Tchenquiz acquired for £338m.
