Vivid Imaginations, the UK independent toy company, could be sold as a result of a strategic review to be carried out by holding company Phoenix Equity Partners, according to reports Phoenix is to examine the sale option that could fetch up to £150m for Vivid, the report said. KPMG is acting in an advisory capacity for the strategic review expected to commence in April. Vivid reported sales of around £100m in 2004.
