Volution, a UK-based manufacturer of ventilation system, has been put up for sale for an estimate value of £200m.Montagu private equity, which is the current owner of Volution has already appointed KPMG to advise on the sale. Volution Holdings was created in 2002 with a turnover of £110m after Montagu bought some business from Smiths Group, aerospace equipment and system company. Volution saw a decline in turnover last year reaching up to only £100m.
