Vue Entertainment, the UK cinema group owned by L&G Ventures, Boston Ventures Management and Clarity Partners, has retained Citigroup to explore strategic alternatives. It is rumoured that the company is looking for an exit taking place in the first or second quarter 2006, either as a trade sale or an IPO.
