Wolters Kluwer Law & Business has announced it has acquired the GEE portfolio of compliance products from Thomson Legal and Regulatory’s Sweet & Maxwell division. Wolters Kluwer Law & Business, part of the Wolters Kluwer Tax, Accounting & Legal division, is a leading provider of research products and software solutions in key specialty areas for legal and business professionals. The GEE products and services will become part of the Croner group within Wolters Kluwer (UK) Limited.
