Wyko, the privately owned UK supplier of industrial goods and services, has hired Robert Baird advisers for a potential sale, sources close to the situation said. The company has a number of industrial maintenance products and services, including the repair, maintenance and overhaul of industrial plant and equipment. Wyko is owned by a combination of management and institutional investors and has a turnover of more than £250m.
