Polaron has sold Oxford Nanoscience to Imago Scientific Instruments of the US for £2.5m. With the acquisition, Imago now holds almost all of the worldwide patents for such instruments, said Imago president and chief executive Tim Stultz. "We are very excited about this acquisition and the contributions it will make to our business going forward," said Sultz.
