It is also an approved installer of sports floor systems and entrance matting systems which are used regularly in shopping centres, hotels and department stores. It supplies and installs carpets and carpet tiling from well known manufacturers and fits domestic floors for commercial and industrial clients. Some work is undertaken in the housing/domestic market also. High Levels of repeat business (c.75%). Excellent reputation and well known within the industry. All floor layers are CSCS accredited. A strong second tier management structure is in place, and able to run the business in the absence of the owners. It currently has a five-year agreement with a client which could be worth an extra £500k over the remaining three years.
