| UK Businesses For SaleDynmark could be put on the market
09/05/2008
Mobile bulk messaging group, Dynmark, is undergoing a review of its business which may lead to a sale.
Grant Thornton has been hired to manage the review and the possible sale or IPO. Dynmark, established in 2001, considered an approach from a potential buyer in 2007 but the offered price was not right for the business. Companies that are likely to be interested in a sale include software, marketing or telecoms groups. A new owner could provide Dynmark with the potential for further growth, perhaps on an international scale. Dynmark has 18,000 users who pay small monthly fees. The group has a turnover of £3m. Dynmark purchased CarphoneWarehouse's messaging section in 2007. |
