Most of its maintenance, which is provided by both mobile and resident engineers, is via term contracts of between one and three years. Its customer base is diverse and mainly commercial with some public sector. It is turning over £1.75m and growing. It has positive cash flow and relatively low working capital requirements. Asking price for 75% of the shares is £600k. This includes a balance sheet containing much surplus cash.
