Chrysalis hires Jeffries Longacre

Chrysalis, the UK-listed music publisher has hired Jefferies Longacre to look at disposing of the music division thought to be worth about £170m. Chrysalis said that it was in early-stage talks with potential bidders. Chrysalis could attract bids from rivals EMI, Warner Music, Universal or Sony/ATV, according to reports.
