Latitude could sell itself

Latitude, the search marketing firm, could be willing to sell itself if the right valuation was made for the company.
The privately owned, UK-based company has seen a lot of interest from private equity and trade buyers since the New Year. A valuation of 20 x Ebitda or more is the kind valuation the company is seeking. The company has also been mulling an IPO.
