MessageLabs may sell Star internet business

MessageLabs, the UK-based software company, is likely to sell its Star internet business for approximately £40m.
Thus, the UK-listed internet provider, was mentioned as one potential bidder in the report, while Kingston Communications is believed to have distanced itself from a bid. Anthem, MessageLabs' adviser, has been gauging market conditions for a sale. Star has £4.9m operating profits.
