A collection of 22 pubs located across the West Midlands has come onto the market.
Property agent Christie + Co's Birmingham office is marketing the pubs for sale on behalf of owners Penn Street Taverns. The portfolio of pubs are either to be sold off in groups or as individual commercial properties.
The vast majority of the pubs are freehold and located mostly in attractive areas across Shropshire, Worcestershire, Staffordshire and Herefordshire. The price tags for the pubs range from £85,000 to £450,000.
According to Christie + Co, some of the sites could possibly have potential for alternative use, subject to achieving the necessary planning permissions.
Director at Christie + Co, Noel Moffitt, told Insider Media, “The Penn Street Taverns estate includes some very attractive properties that offer operators and investors a range of possibilities.
“The majority of pubs are available for sale with the benefit of vacant possession, but there are also a number of investment properties which will be sold with an occupational lease or tenancy agreement in place,” he went on to say.
