Rank could offload Deluxe film and video operations

Rank, the UK leisure group, could soon offload its Deluxe film and video operations, according to reports. Apparently unprofitable Deluxe has been a deterrent to would-be bidders. It is thought the company will announce the sale of the division with its results early next month, the report noted. In turn, Rank could see an offer in the £2.06bn range.
