Unilver could sell home cleaning business following frozen food auction

Unilever, the listed UK/ Dutch consumer products and food group, is tipped to sell its home-cleaning business following the auction its frozen foods business. The main bidders for the frozen foods division have emerged as CapVest and Blackstone, with Lion Capital also believed to be interested. Goldman Sachs are handling the sale.
