Companies for sale with an annual turnover in excess of £500k or a value between £250k and £10m are supplied to us by private vendors, business brokers and accountants throughout the UK.
Our subscribers are able to directly access all contact numbers and addresses of vendors or their agents for every business listed. As a subscriber, you will have direct access to the live database of over one thousand trading businesses for sale in the UK, segregated into industry categories.
There is no other single source for these listings. Over the last fourteen years we have built up a specialist research unit that manually examines and checks every new business listing, and actively scours the market for impending divestments. As soon as a UK company comes onto the market, we aim to have it listed here almost immediately. |

So long as the company meets our minimum size criteria, and it is a bona fide trading business that is genuinely up for sale, it can be included on our database and visible online to thousands of serious prospective buyers for free.
Your listing will also appear in the printed publication, read by many of our subscribers every month. |
Subscribers
The subscribers' section of our website is updated daily with new listings.
Although a company will not normally appear in two consecutive editions of the printed report, it will be kept on the subscribers' site for three months or until it is sold.

All subscribers also receive a monthly printed report (see above right) which summarises all the newly submitted companies for sale by industry category. This is posted in the first week of each month.
