Property Funding and Investment
We have teamed up with a group of specialist associates who are solely concerned with the raising of funds for property development and property investment. Property funding is available on a short and/or long term basis and usually comprise one of the following:
- Senior debt
- Senior debt with mezzanine
- Debt / equity
- Debt / profit share
Any commercial and residential projects are considered whether they are new build, development or conversion and there is no limit on the size of property funding proposal considered.
Over the years, our team has formed a close working relationship with the many active institutions and investors and we are have access to the key decision makers - Funds are usually provided through clearing banks, merchant banks and investment institutions but we also have a diverse portfolio of private investors.
