In accounts for the year to March 31 2025, the company’s fixed assets were valued at around £232,000 and current assets at close to £2.2 million, with net assets totalling approximately £744,000.
GGS Devco Limited - July 15
GGS Devco Limited, a luxury homes developer previously trading as Priestley Homes (G. George Street) Limited, fell into administration earlier this month, with Lauren Wentworth and Mark Blackman of KR8 Advisory appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to December 27 2024, while still trading as Priestley Homes (G. George Street) Limited, the company reported gross profit of £1.5 million, up from £60,180 a year earlier, while moving from an operating loss of around £48,000 to a profit of close to £756,000.
At the time, its total current assets were valued at £17.8 million, while net liabilities amounted to £4.2 million.
Eduthing Limited - July 15
Eduthing Limited, an IT services firm serving the education sector, fell into administration earlier this month, with David Kemp and Richard Hunt of Exigen Group appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to May 31 2026, the company reported turnover of £16.2 million, up from around £12 million in the 14 months to May 31 2025, while gross profit increased from £6.2 million to approximately £9 million.
At the time, its fixed assets were valued at £2.4 million and current assets at around £5.1 million, while net assets amounted to slightly over £146,000.
Savannah Group Limited - July 15
Savannah Group Limited, an executive recruitment consulting firm based in London, fell into administration earlier this month, with Rachel Ennis and Marco Piacquadio of FTS Recovery appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to December 31 2025, the company reported turnover of £12.4 million, down from £15.6 million a year earlier, but saw operating profit increase from around £265,000 to approximately £623,000.
At the time, its fixed assets were valued at £3.9 million and current assets at around £3.6 million, while net assets amounted to close to £693,000.
E5 Living (Grimsby) Limited - July 16
E5 Living (Grimsby) Limited, a residential construction developer based in Ullenhall, fell into administration earlier this month, with Paul Allen and David Hudson of FRP Advisory appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to December 31 2024, the company’s assets were valued at £14.8 million, but net liabilities amounted to £4.7 million.
Northamptonshire Independent Grammar School Charity Trust Limited - July 17
Northamptonshire Independent Grammar School Charity Trust Limited, the charitable trust that operated the independent Pitsford School in Pitsford, Northamptonshire, fell into administration last week, with Philip Watkins and Philip Armstrong of FRP Advisory appointed as joint administrators.

CCOS (UK) Limited, a Preston-based online car sale platform trading as Car.co.uk Services, fell into administration last week, with Mark Colman and Megan Singleton of Leonard Curtis appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to October 31 2025, the company’s assets were valued at £1.1 million, while net liabilities amounted to close to £42,000.
Linkit Recruitment Limited - July 20
Linkit Recruitment Limited, a Wigan-based recruitment company serving the infrastructure, engineering, construction and energy sectors, fell into administration earlier this month, with Richard Marchinton of Conselia appointed as administrator.
