Hawksmoor Construction Limited, a building contractor based in Kings Langley, fell into administration at the beginning of the month, with Lee Morris and John Thompson of Marshall Peters appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to March 31 2025, the company’s fixed assets were valued at around £261,000 and current assets at approximately £1.7 million, with net assets totalling slightly over £338,000.
WJL Contracts Limited - June 9
WJL Contracts Limited, a joinery company based in Stoke-on-Trent, fell into administration at the end of May, with Andrew Rosler and Jonathan Gribble of Ideal Corporate Solutions appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to December 31 2024, the company’s fixed assets were valued at approximately £232,000 and current assets at £2.4 million, with net assets totalling around £821,000.
Solar Bridging Limited - June 9
Solar Bridging Limited, a bridging finance company based in London, fell into administration earlier this month, with Simon Edel and Dan Mindel of Ernst & Young appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to December 31 2024, the company’s current assets were valued at £198 million, while total equity amounted to £861,238.
Halo Financial Limited - June 9
Halo Financial Limited, a currency exchange company based in Beaconsfield, fell into administration in late May, with Louise Longley and Bai Cham of BTG Begbies Traynor appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to March 31 2024, the company’s fixed assets were valued at slightly over £905,000 and current assets at £13.4 million, with net assets totalling approximately £604,000.
X1 Manchester Waters Limited - June 9
X1 Manchester Waters Limited, a special purpose vehicle developing two residential towers as part of the wider X1 Manchester Waters scheme, fell into administration earlier this month, with David Acland and Joe Allen of FRP Advisory appointed as joint administrators.
The collapse of the SPV comes after the development faced “significant financial pressure”, as a result of rising construction costs, contractor insolvencies and changing building regulations.
In accounts for the year to October 31 2024, the company’s assets were valued at around £29.7 million, but net liabilities exceeded £3.6 million.
Agetur (U.K.) Limited - June 9
Agetur (U.K.) Limited, a civil engineering firm based in Aylesbury, fell into administration at the beginning of June, with Adam Harris and Claire Lloyd of S&W Partners and Mark Reynolds of Valentine & Co appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to February 28 2025, the company reported turnover of £22.8 million, up from £21.2 million, but fell from an operating profit of around £169,000 to a loss of close to £641,000.
At the time, the company’s fixed assets were valued at approximately £973,000 and current assets at around £6.4 million, with net assets totalling £3.6 million.
Logic Investments Limited - June 9
Logic Investments Limited, an investment management firm based in Sittingbourne, fell into administration earlier this month, with Joshua Dwyer of Interpath appointed as special administrator.

Channel Facilities Management Limited, a janitorial services firm based in Dover, fell into administration earlier this month, with Andrew Ryder of JT Maxwell appointed as administrator.
In accounts for the year to August 31 2024, the company’s fixed assets were valued at £50,400 and current assets at £2.9 million, but net liabilities totalled more than £137,000.
Zentia Limited and Zentia Profiles Limited - June 10
Zentia Limited and Zentia Profiles Limited, a Gateshead-based manufacturer of acoustic ceiling solutions, fell into administration last week. The business, which had suffered from challenging trading conditions including high energy prices and lower-than-forecast sales, fell into administration following a failed attempt to find a buyer.
Production has ceased at the business’ two sites in Gateshead following the appointment of administrators, with the majority of staff made redundant. Joint administrators are now seeking a sale of the two companies’ business and assets, including residual stock.
In accounts for the year to December 31 2024, Zentia Limited reported turnover of around £48.1 million, down from £54.7 million a year earlier, while falling from an operating profit of around £3.3 million to a £1.7 million loss.
At the time, its fixed assets were valued at £61.9 million and current assets at £18.2 million, with net assets totalling £43.6 million.
During the same period, Zentia Profiles Limited reported turnover of £6.4 million, down from £7.2 million the previous year, while operating profits fell from around £331,000 to approximately £130,000.
At the time, its fixed assets were valued at £3.9 million and current assets at £4.5 million, with net assets amounting to £5.5 million.

Millennium Dough Company Limited, a pizza dough supplier based in Cambridge, fell into administration last week, with Nicholas Simmonds and Chris Newell of Quantuma Advisory appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to October 31 2024, the company’s fixed assets were valued at slightly over £408,000 and current assets at approximately £3.2 million, with net assets totalling around £1.8 million.
Ethical Power Group Limited - June 11
Ethical Power Group Limited, a holding company within vertically integrated renewables business Ethical Power Group, fell into administration last week, with Gareth Slater and Nicholas Holloway of Interpath appointed as joint administrators.

Harbinger Solihull Developments Limited - June 11
Harbinger Solihull Developments Limited, a real estate investment company based in Buckingham, fell into administration at the beginning of June, with Arron Kendall and Michael Solomons of Moorfields appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to June 30 2024, the company’s fixed assets were valued at around £7.3 million and current assets at £3.3 million, with net assets totalling £6 million.
Amplifi Capital (U.K.) Limited and Gojoko Marketing Limited - June 12
Amplifi Capital (U.K.) Limited and Gojoko Marketing Limited, together forming consumer lending platform Amplifi, fell into administration last week, with Robert Spence and Gareth Slater of Interpath appointed as joint administrators.
According to administrators, the business had been in a challenging position, which meant that attempts to restructure were not possible, resulting in the decision to file for administration.
While Amplifi continues to service outstanding loans from customers and provide ongoing services for credit unions for both loan and savings products, all new lending has ceased, with the majority of staff made redundant.
In accounts for the year to March 31 2024, Amplifi Capital (U.K.) Limited reported revenue of around £41.7 million, up from £21.8 million a year earlier, while operating profits increased from £5.4 million to around £10.6 million. Fixed assets were valued at £42 million and current assets at £76.5 million, with net assets totalling £5.7 million.
In the same period, Gojoko Marketing Limited’s fixed assets were valued at approximately £16 million and current assets at close to £947,000, with net assets amounting to slightly under £2.1 million.
Fayers Plumbing & Building Supplies Limited - June 15
Fayers Plumbing & Building Supplies Limited, a New Barnet-based wholesaler of plumbing and building supplies, fell into administration last week, with Sarah Cook and Andy John of FRP Advisory appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to December 31 2024, the company reported turnover of £12.8 million, up from around £10.9 million a year earlier, but fell from an operating profit of around £52,000 to a loss of over £235,000, citing tough trading conditions.
At the time, its fixed assets were valued at £276,507 and current assets at close to £3.1 million, with net assets amounting to £2.1 million.
