C & F Millier Limited, a Bristol-based manufacturer of high-precision components for the aviation industry, has been acquired by Corvero Group, part of the Ansor LLP investment portfolio. Founded in 1946, C & F Millier supplies bespoke metal products to clients in the international commercial aerospace and defence sector.
The acquisition is the first made by Corvero Group and reflects an initial step in its goal to consolidate and advance leading UK precision manufacturers in order to create a unified strategic partner to the global aerospace and defence (A&D) sector. KBS Corporate advised on the deal.
Corvero Group said the deal was a “major milestone” that underlined its commitment to the A&D ecosystem in the South West of England. Corvero Corporate Development Director Tom Senior hailed the C & F Millier team, as well as its industry reputation, central location in Bristol and potential for growth.
C & F Millier Managing Director Andy Stuckes said that joining Corvero Group would provide “the strategic backing and investment needed to help take C & F to the next stage of our evolution”, adding that it would enable the company “to scale our capabilities while maintaining the high standards our customers expect."
