Kool It Services, a Manchester-based commercial cooling and heating specialist, has been acquired by Nordic Climate Group, a Scandinavian firm that is expanding rapidly in the UK.
Based in Droylsden, Kool It Services provides cooling and heating installation, service and maintenance for commercial buildings and businesses. Founded in 1972, the 19-strong company serves customers across a range of sectors, including retail, offices, healthcare and food and beverage.
The company has established a strong position in the region, built on technical expertise, recurring revenue, long-term customer relationships and a reputation for quality and service.
The acquisition of Kool It Services strengthens Nordic Climate Group’s Northern England presence, while expanding its offering of energy-efficient cooling and heating solutions for commercial buildings.
