Accountancy and finance business Jerroms has expanded its regional presence in the West Midlands with the acquisition of a well-established company with offices in Coventry and Warwickshire.
Leigh Christou Accountants, which dates back to 1983, provides personalised financial expertise to a wide array of businesses and individuals across the West Midlands. The company’s services include accounting, taxation, auditing and forensic accounting and it has built a reputation for a personalised approach and longstanding client relationships.
The deal brings together two Midlands firms that share a strong focus on supporting small and medium-sized businesses. The acquisition aims to broaden the range of services and specialist expertise offered to clients.
Through the acquisition, Jerroms, which is part of the wider Sumer Group, adds offices in Coventry and Leamington Spa to its existing West Midlands locations in Solihull and Halesowen.
