Agentis Health Group, a digital health management group backed by investor LDC, has acquired clinical services provider Clinical Pharmacist Solutions (CPS). The acquisition is Agentis’ second within 12 months, following its takeover of Living With upon its launch last year.
The group’s Chief Executive Stephen Tuddenham called the acquisition of CPS “a re-affirmation of our commitment to combining the expertise of pharmacy professionals with innovative digital technology to improve efficiency, access, and outcomes.” Brighton-based Agentis was established in September 2025 from within Ashtons Hospital Pharmacy Services.
London-based CPS, which was founded in 2019, supports primary healthcare providers via training programmes for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to administer efficient clinical services.
CPS and Agentis are both CQC-registered, with the acquisition providing CPS with access to Agentis’ Living With platform. Living With is a digital health platform utilised by 40 NHS trusts, community providers and ICBs, enabling them to assess, manage and support patients living with long-term conditions.
Stephen Tuddenham said: "CPS is a quality organisation that has invested heavily in its academy to train pharmacists to deliver clinical services that support GPs and PCNs, and we are absolutely committed to that business.”

Tuddenham added that the acquisition underlines Agentis’ aspiration to establish itself as one of the market’s most innovative companies, bringing “digital innovators and clinicians together to serve healthcare."
According to CPS Chief Executive Ruhina Kassam, the two firms hold a “genuine alignment of values”, with both seeking to deliver “more efficiency [and] better outcomes, while ensuring that the human remains in digital healthcare.”
Kassam continued: "CPS customers can be assured that they will continue to work with an organisation that is committed to sustainable transformation, to quality, and to using excellent clinicians to deliver fantastic care.”
