Prize draw platform to be acquired by entertainment group

A South West-based competition prize draw platform is set to be acquired by technology-led entertainment business Winvia Entertainment (WVIA), after it entered an asset purchase agreement to acquire its trade, business and key assets.

WVIA has entered into the agreement for Rev Corp Limited (Rev Comps) with Robert Savage, Peter Savage and Amy Savage. The acquisition is conditional upon Rev Comps’ migration onto Winvia's core technology platform, as well as certain customary conditions to be satisfied prior to completion, which is expected to occur by 1 July 2026.

Cheltenham-based Rev Comps is a digitally-led prize draw platform. The family-run company offers daily and scheduled draws to a strong, growing customer base, with an established brand presence in the UK prize draw market and consistent engagement across its community of players.

In the year ending May 31 2025, the company generated revenues of more than £80 million, with pre-tax profits of around £2.1 million.

The agreement will see WVIA pay £11.8 million in cash over three installments, with Rev Comps’ key management remaining at the business post-completion.
