Ranger Fire and Security, a fire and security business backed by Hyperion Equity Partners, has completed its third acquisition of the year, with a deal for a firm based in the West Midlands. Stourbridge-based MarkOne Safety Solutions specialises in the design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of fire safety and emergency lighting systems.
The company provides services spanning the full life cycle of fire safety systems, from the initial design of systems to full installation and on through to specialist commissioning and ongoing service and maintenance.
The acquisition is the 16th completed by Ranger Fire and Security since it was formed in early 2024 and builds on its previous acquisition of Midlands-based Ignis Fire Protection, further bolstering its presence in the region.
The deal follows two more acquisitions completed so far this year, with Ranger having acquired Dorset-based Partnership Fire and Security in January and Yorkshire-based Centurion Fire & Security last month.
