A private dental practice in South West London has been acquired following a confidential sale process by specialist business property adviser Christie & Co. Bellevue Dental Health & Cosmetic Clinic in Wandsworth is fully private, two surgery dental practice and is described by Christie & Co as having “huge growth potential”.
Bellevue has been owned for many years by Dr Leigh Hunt. The practice was brought to market to enable Dr Hunt to begin the transition towards retirement, although he will remain in a clinical role at Bellevue post-sale.
The practice has now been acquired by partners Amit Patel and Adam White for an undisclosed price, following a confidential sales process with Tony Walker, Associate Director – Dental at Christie & Co.
Dr Leigh Hunt, former Principal at Bellevue, said that he was confident that the practice’s new owners would continue to offer patients the best possible treatment and added that he was looking forward “to staying in a clinical role and working to ensure a seamless transition.”
New owner Adam White commented: “We are both looking forward to taking on a long-standing practice in Wandsworth Common alongside Dr Leigh Hunt, who is a well-established dentist within the community.”
“We aim to continue to bring high-quality, precision dentistry to the area and surrounding region with our expertise in comprehensive care, including a full range of cosmetic work, full mouth rehabilitations, and dental implant work.”
White added that the new owners would seek “to implement modern, high-tech treatment with patient care at its focus”, while preserving the practice’s “family approach to dentistry”, with the support of the practice's longstanding orthodontist Dr Henry Wong.
